Scott Irwin

CCM, RSPA

Scott Irwin is a veteran racquets and hospitality executive with more than forty years of leadership across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. His career spans tennis director roles, collegiate and professional coaching, racquets consulting, tennis academy ownership, and club/pro shop management. Scott has served in senior positions within HOA/POA communities, racquet clubs, country clubs, and resorts, consistently blending deep racquets expertise with strong hospitality leadership. A former Division I athlete and international touring professional, he competed in ATP and satellite events in 18 countries and later coached both the men’s and women’s tennis teams at the University of Hawaii.

Scott holds the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation from the Club Management Association of America, the Master Certified Food Executive credential through the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and racquet sports certifications through the Racquet Sports Professionals Association (RSPA). Twice recognized as RSPA Club Manager of the Year for the Southeast (2002, 2021), he remains a life member of the USTA and maintains certifications in ServeSafe, SafeStaff, Certified Pool Operations, and CPR/AED. As a partner at Racquets Resources, Scott works with clubs, resorts, and associations seeking to enhance their racquets programming, strengthen operations, and elevate member and guest experiences. Widely respected for his mentorship and strategic vision, he continues to help shape the next generation of racquets professionals and deliver impactful, results-driven solutions for facilities of all sizes.
